Support for Office 365
In the Office 365 Admin Center, on the right-hand side of the screen is a question mark icon. Clicking on it reveals Help resources, which include Help and Community, as identified in the screenshot below. These links can be beneficial to users just getting started with their accounts.
The Help link opens Office Help & Training, which provides access to support and training documents for a variety of areas within Office 365 – downloads and installation, account management, training resources, and troubleshooting.
The Community section is an excellent resource for asking questions, viewing other user questions, posting solutions, and reading blogs. Most Q&A write-ups and blog posts in this section come directly from Microsoft representatives or Microsoft partners.
