If there is any issue with the CRM we can look into the details of the issue on the corresponding CRM server application event log file once we know the time the issue occurred.
The following are the steps on how to go to the application event log file.
1. Remote to the CRM server.
2. Open Server Manger by either clicking on the server manager icon (shown below) available in task bar or going to the start menu and searching for server manager and selecting the Server Mana ger >Task Bar > Start Menu.
3. In the Server Manager Window that opens up as shown below navigate to the Application log icon by going to Diagnostics > EvenViewer WindowsLogs > Application as shown in screenshot
